Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.7.4 Build 20210118 Rel.72627

Hi everyone,

OC200 web-portal is showing a guest user connected, that is disconnected since 2 days now.

As you can see in the screenshot, the IP 192.168.1.212 that was assigned to the guest is currently not assigned to any device from my dhcp.

Even after two reboots of the controller, the guest is showing up as connected.

I'll try rebooting the AP in a few minutes. Maybe this is a bug of the latest firmware 5.0.1 of the EAP's ???

After a reboot of the EAP the client disappeared. So it seems to be a bug in the latest firmware of the EAP, that disconnected guest users are not removed.

Dear @HKBlizzard,

After a reboot of the EAP the client disappeared. So it seems to be a bug in the latest firmware of the EAP, that disconnected guest users are not removed.

May I know the information about the EAP(model number and firmware version)?

Do you have an Omada Gateway or a Switch connected in your network? Could you please provide a network topology?

@Fae

Thanks for the reply.

No, I do not have a Omada Gateway.

The EAP is:

EAP245(EU) v3.0

5.0.1

Topology is the following.

TP Link Switch T2600-28TS
To that Switch the following components are connected:

Fritzbox 7590 (acts as DSL Router - no Wlan enabled)

Windows Server 2016 (acts as DHCP and internal DNS Server)

OC200 Controller
3 x EAP 245 v3.0 - FW 5.0.1

Hope that helps.

regards Ingo
