Stats don't make sense
Stats don't make sense
Hi,
I'm seeing some pretty high number for a device that definitely doesn't generate this amount of data.
This is what I see in Omada:
If you compare it to my Prometheus data, it doesn't seem to make any sense:
The device is a Raspberry PI and hooked up directly to the switch. There is no reason I can think of why it would generate this amount of data (and I'm also not seeing any evidence in Prometheus for this).
Any idea?
Kind regards
Wesley

Hey
A few of us (quite a few actually) have had the same bug as you and its clearly just a mis-reading of the stats. I had glasswire and pfsense running for a while, both came back with the volume of data I expected to see, yet the OC200 was wildly mis-reading.
Its just a bug in the stats, the actual SDN is working underneath with no erroneous traffic (as far as I can tell).

@Philbert Thank you! That gives me the confidence to at least deploy Omada again and re-adopt my router and switch.

@Fae Same question as the other thread ;-) I have installed the latest version of the controller but same issue. Do we have to wait for the new firmware of the switch?
Or is there a way to clean the old statistics?
