Hi, I added an additional EAP 225 to my system I added it through the OC200 and it appears to be connected okay but it is not showing any clients connected our what channel's it's on. Also it's not showing Channel Utilization on the phone App like my other EAP225.

 

Any advice? have I missed a step when I added it to the system?

 

All I did was connect it to the switch and adopted it, it went through all the correct stages but isn't showing any signs of life apart from showing connected and a green light on it.

A similar topic has been discussed here.

It's because the current firmware of your OC200 is not compatible with your new EAP225.

Please upgrade the OC200 and then upgrade the other EAP225 to the latest firmware for management.

Thanks for the quick reply I will give that a try...I didn't want to update the OC200 to latest firmware as it looks like it's not compatible with my first EAP (according to the release notes) 

 

I am not on site at the moment, when I'm next there I will try an update.
