Periodic Speed Test not running on TL-ER7206 and OC200 4.2.11

Model: ER7206 (TL-ER7206)
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.1 Build 20210113 Rel.35468

The latest OC200 version 4.2.11 was supposed to fix the speedtest issue and I did not have this issue running an ER605 however I have upgraded to an ER7206 and the dashboard just shows "N/A" for Gateway and Internet capacity.

Manually running the test has worked a few times but then it reverts to "N/A" in the dashboard shortly after. Most manual tests fail with an error though.

I have tried updating the "periodic speed test" setting from 10,11,12 and 24 hours and none of them have run.

Oc200 is running 4.2.11 1.7.4 Build 20210118 Rel.72627 and ER7206 is running 1.0.1 Build 20210113 Rel.35468

Just to note - The ER605 speed tests seemed to max out between 450-540Mbps on my 1Gbps up/down line. The few times a manual test worked on the ER7206 it got 850mbps+

On both routers, testing from any computer on speedtest.net/fast.com (or almost any others) I consistently get 940Mbps so the ER7206 seems like it handles the speedtest better. If it would only run on a schedule and show up in the dashboard it would be great....

you may check if it's the firewall in your network that blocks the connection, see more details from and after floor #48 in the post below.
