OMADA EAP/ Router SSH access user id/ password?
I enabled SSH access via the Omada software controller for a few EAP 245s and TL-R605
However, when I try accessing the devices via SSH, i get a permission denied error.
I have tried every possible user name/ password e.g. admin / Omada password, admin/admin etc
Even create a new user within omada profile page with a fresh password
But I continue to get an authentication error. Any thoughts?

You have to use device account, you find this in the bootom of site settings. this is different on every site.

Are you using the credentials at Settings-Site-Device Account? Assuming you have SSH enabled?

ssh is enabled under settings >services >ssh
credentials are setup under omada controller user page (attaching screenshot)

Dear @1207,

The username passwords from the user/admin page won't work to SSH into devices. You need to use the username and password at the Settings-Site page under the Device Account section?
Yes, that's correct. The user/admin page is for accessing the Controller, while the username password at the Settings-Site page under the Device Account section is for the managed devices (including EAP/Router/Switch).
