EAP245 keeps getting isolated
What are the main reasons an eap can get isolated? I've experienced this issue with 2 clients and don't seem to find any connectivity issues when I plug in the ethernet cable in a laptop.

Usually this is caused by a firewall stopping the controller talking to the AP in some way. Most common with Windows Firewall when using the software controller
Check ports 29810 - 29813 are open both ways

Isolated is a status that only shows when using Mesh network, which means downlink AP disconnect from uplink AP.
You may check the distance between your EAPs, and make sure the root AP is working all the time.

That's weird, how about reset and re-adopt it? can reset solve this problem?

Hi, I just did a test, and find out that isolated equals to disconnected.
If this EAP supports Mesh feature, and it has been adopted to the Controller before, and now disconnected from the network, the status will turn to isolated.
You should check the connection between this EAP and the front device. Change different cables and ports.
