@Fae Can you comment on this bug please?

I'm now seeing stats again for devices connected to the switch, there is still a bug however.

Devices connected via a non-managed switch to the Tp-Link switch still have all 0s.

Running software controller v4.4.4 using Docker.

Do you have an Omada Gateway managed by your Omada Controller?

When there are multiple clients connected to the same port of the Switch, the Switch may not know there are other clients connected.

Kind note that the switch can only count traffic by the port instead of by the IP address as it's a layer2 device.

You may need to use the Omada Gateway to report the traffic of the clients by the IP address to the controller.

@Fae

I have the same problem, i think this is a ER605 problem. I have a site with ER7206 and this site dont show 0 bytes

Both site have cisco SG200 switches.

I have also i site with a ER605 with no switch at all, device connected to router directly also show 0 byte

Thank you for your valued feedback! It seems the current issue is not related to the Switch no statistic issue discussed in this post now.

Would you be kind to start a new thread and provide me with more detailed information including the network topology, device information for further checking?

In the site with ER7206, do you have the same network topology and configuration like the site with ER605?

I've upgrade my TL-SG2210MP to latest version 1.0.2 and since it's showing the statics on the Ethernet ports but the amount of traffic I'm seeing on the traffic graphs just doesn't seem right, it's way to much for my network (a home network) especially on the ports that are working at 100Mbps.

Anyone having the same issue?

Regards

@PavelV Yes apparently my humble SG2008 on my home network passes terabytes apparently???

I just installed an ER605 router yesterday and that's reporting reasonably though.

@Fraoch Those are rookie numbers, my three switches report passing petabytes of traffic. :-)

The numbers are completely unreliable. Wired traffic is shown as very high whenever there is little wifi traffic, the wifi vs wired graphs almost looks like they are mirrored opposites.

I upgraded my main switch to an SG2008P and moved the SG2008 to my entertainment centre and the problem has gone away?

Can you guess when I made the change?

And the SG2008 is reporting reasonable numbers now.

Note how symmetrical versus the random TX/RX before.

I can't explain this. The SG2008 is now one more hop away from the router (an ER605) and separated (and powered) by an SG2008P.
