Model: RE200

Hardware Version: V4

Firmware Version: 1.0.7

I connected my desktop via Ethernet and internet works, but when I use http://tplinkrepeater.net/ to configure the extender I see something like "are you trying to configure your extender?", but I can access it from my smartphone. I can access it if I enter the extender IP (taken from the modem), but I guess this will often change, can you help me?

@tppls Hello,

You could reserve an IP address for range extender on router ( by setting up on IP reservation for RE 's MAC), in that way RE 's IP does not change very ofen so you could login via RE's IP address.

You may also use tp-link Tether app to manage RE:
