Model: SG2210P
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 3.20.1

Hi,

For some reason I can't change the IP from DHCP to static for my SG2210P. This setting is available for my AP's. In the Omada switch documentation this option is available, but not in my controller.

I am using a Windows Omada controller v4.3.5.

How can I fix this issue?

Thanks in advance.

Edit: link to Omada documentation.

The firmware Build 20210407 has moved the IP settings to the VLAN Interface, which is the same as the IP settings in Standalone mode.

@Travka

Yaaah you have right, they have forgett this, same on SG2008P, SG2210MP and SG2428P.

I have not used this and have not seen it.. but this should be basic on a network device..

I tested that firmware and it still doesn't give me the option to change the IP. This option should be the bare minimum for any product networking product..

@Travka

Yes agree, sg2008p have ip option in ver 1.0 firmware , so have they problably forgot it in the latest firmware, I dont use static ip on SDN switch but it should be an option.

Tested this and wouldn't classify it as the ideal position, but it works. Thank you for your reply.
