Hello mates,

I have three ISP modems connect on TL-R605 router on ports WAN,WAN/LAN1,WAN/LAN2. Two of three is 100 Mbps and one is 50 Mbps

I apply load balancing and I set Load Balancing Weight with pre-populate feature but the most of traffic is loaded only on one link (on WAN port with 100 Mbps). The other two is carrying a little traffic. 

Also the feature Application Optimized Routing is checked. I don't apply link back up. Which Load Balancing Weight should I set?

You can set more traffic going thru two 100M WAN ports and less traffic going thru the 50M port. Like 2:2:1.
