Howdy,

I use the tplink omada, as the unify controller from ubiquiti.

Unify has something interesting in the logs, that is very helpfull for debug.

That is, it shows in the logs the roaming status of the clients, when they are crossing the AP's, from one to another.

How could this be achieved?

Thanks in advanced,

@JorgeBastos I have looked in my logs and I can see lines showing devices roaming from one to another EAP.

2021-07-09T08:35:56.252Z - Omada[Controller] [client:xxxxx] is roaming from [ap:xxxxx][Channel 36] to [ap:xxxxx][channel 52] with SSID xxxxx
2021-07-09T08:36:07.013Z - Omada[Controller] [client:xxxxx] is roaming from [ap:xxxxx][Channel 52] to [ap:xxxxx][channel 36] with SSID xxxxx

I enabled the "Client Detail Logs" in the Site's Services configuration. The entries can be found in the Logs section and are forwarded to the configured syslog server. Hope this helps.

This actually shows a device bouncing back and forth so I'll have to look into this. I have migrated to Omada on Monday and did not have much time yet. But it could also be my wife walking through the house...
