That is strange, had no issues installing the 1.1.0 update on any of my sites. 

It might be worth trying a manual update?   Download the firmware from the website and install it directly.  Go do DEVICES and select the R605, under config > manage device you can point it to the firmware.  See if that works

Failing that forget the device, reset and log into it manually via IP.. update then re-adopt.  However I cant think why that would be required!

@Stony The latest firmware 1.1.0 on the official website is not released yet, although it was released about 1 month ago and then was removed again. 

The Fae has released the beta firmware for ER605 with the 1.1.0 version  on this link:

If there have no problems when using this router currently, you can wait a little bit until the 1.1.0 is on the website. 

@John1234 Thank you for the information. Now I understand why the router changed to connected after downloading because it was not able to find the file. So it is just a display problem du to a deleted firmware version. As long a the dashboard shows that a newer version is available I can only check it the new firmware is available on the website and then try to install it again. Or is there any possibility to reset the flag that a new firmware is available?
