Hi,
Client can't rech the captive portal configured with hotspot voucher authentication
Controller: OC200 V 4.3.5 firmware 1.8.0
APs: EAP245 V3.0 firmware 5.0.2
Please Help !

That was the problem, I permitted guest clients to access the controller ip address and it works !

Did you set any ACLs that would possibly block the traffic between the client and portal vlans? can you ping the controller from the client?
