Hi,

I've updated my SSIDs recently due to issues with Sonos and SonosNet. In the past I had one SSID on 2.4 GHz and another on 5 GHz. The former one has been deleted and the remaining one now combines 2.4 and 5. Since then a couple of older devices (iPad Mini 1st gen and Kobo Aura HD) still see the SSID but are unable to connect to it.

I already looked at the troubleshooting guide (https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/164114) but that didn't help. Channel utilization is somewhat higher than expected (around 30%) mainly caused by Sonos.

Does anyone have an idea on how to solve this?

If you are running WPA3 SAE on your SSIDs, try dropping down to WPA2 AES and see if that helps.

Had a similar issues with older Chromebooks and this solved it.
