How can we reset password user Admin local. and we try to reset password by email but show message "Failed to send the email to the specified recipient"

Have you enabled cloud access? You can launch the controller from the cloud and retrieve the password via cloud access. Otherwise, you have to uninstall the controller and reinstall it. See this article: https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/867/

Thank you. Yes i enable cloud.  now i can access to omada cloud. i need to keep auto backup to local disk. how can i download backup config ?

What's the version of your controller? What type is your cloud account? Cloud main admin or just cloud admin?

Kind note that it's not supported to back up the configuration through cloud access.

To back up the configuration, you may need to use the controller's IP address to access the controller from the local network.

 

May I know what would you like to do with the backup file?

If you want to restore the specific backup file on the current controller, you can simply click the restore icon to make it.
