SpeedTest Statistics

Can anyone tell me why the speed test stats are blank? Even when it is enabled every 10 hours to run. 
Additionally, can anyone tell me why the dashboard never shows my usage? I must make it run a SpeedTest. Is there a place to set your ISP Capabilities?
After a manual speed test it shows up for a bit...
@Fae I am also trying to figure out the speedtest dialogue... it has two gauges that simply go from 0 to 250 and then start over a few times.. it does not actually show speeds during the test is that normal behavior?

@Bald_Beaver Are you using a hardware controller or a software controller ？ And what is the version of your controller
? I suggest you upgrade to the latest V4.4.4 version to see if that solves your problem.

When we run the speed test in Dashboard, what we see is just a simple loop animation, it doesn't mean the real process of speed test. But we will get the result of the speed test eventually.
May I know the model and firmware version of your Omada Gateway? How long has the Omada Gateway kept running for?

@Fae It was rebooted about 4 days ago but has been running for about 4 weeks now in total.
It is software-based running 4.4.4. I think a hardware-based controller is in the near future. I just placed an order for one lol.

For your case, you may check if it's the ISP or the firewall in your network that blocks the speed test.
