Is it the first time for you to configure Portal on the OC200?

Are you using Google Chrome or Firefox to access the OC200?

 

Please ensure that you have created SSIDs under Wireless Networks.

Try a different web browser, enter the incognito mode and use its IP address to access the OC200 for checking.
