Hello, i'm Gede Wahyu a Networker at Bali

I have a problem in my CPE220 V3, like 3or4 day before the problem coming i'm was Chilling playing somegames and i was Reconnecting and my LAN0 was no Internet connection and noCables are Connected, i was shock see that and i Change the cables they are same problems, i reset the CPE220 and i only can use the LAN1 only the LAN0 was cannot useing.

Please Help me, i need it for like 3 Family in here.

 

(the cpe was already used for like 3-4 year)

Actually there is the LAN light on the device, see if the light is on when LAN0 is plugged in with a cable.

It is better to use the same network cable to plug in LAN1 to do the comparison, if the light is not on LAN0.

You can also try to set the static IP on your PC and if it can not enter the CPE's web interface, I supposed the CPE's LAN0 port is probably broken.

Contact tplink support is a better choice.
