Hi,

 

I'm not sure if this is related to TP-link, but since it started when I replaced my old router for the Archer AX50 router I thought of asking here.

 

The situation: From my fiber modem I connect to the AX50 on the WAN port. From there one of the ports is connected to my TP-Link TL-SG1016DE - Switch. The switch is in my study on the first floor.  

The router is getting an IP-address from my ISP and I can connect (wirelessly) to it.  However I can't connect to m upstairs devices. They do, however, have an IP-address from my DHCP pool. Devices connected wirelessly are all accessible, but not all the wired one.

From my upstairs office I can reach the router and the internet, but from the living-room I can't connect to devices on the switch 

 

I hope I made it a bit clea  what my problem is, as I can't make it any clearer.

Wireless there is also some devices, such as Pi-hole, several Google Home speakers and such. I made sure that pihole isn't also giving DHCP. I also checked the cables between router and switch.

Do you mean the IP address on the device that is connected to the SG1016DE is in the same IP subnet that connects to the AX50 Wi-Fi? Are all 192.168.0.x? Be sure that there are no special settings on the SG1016DE, such as VLAN or any other special.

@EdwinK Yes, all are in the 192.168.0.* range. looking into the switch settings again. 

All VLAN are set to  disabeled now. t192

And it seems back to be in working order. Besides the VLAN I had the IP-address as static. Switched it to DHCO, rebooted and I can now 'see' the switch in the routers DHCP list with the reserrved address.

Actually, it isn't working completely. Some devices are responding now, but others are not., so still a little work for me to figure out

Now I think it might have to do with some Raspberry devices, as they all do show up in the HCP list, but aren't accessible.
