TP Link, Router Archer AX50 -- Weak Security

Our Router keeps saying "Weak Security". Why is it saying that and how do I make it better? Also, what is the Homecare, and is it good to download it?

Hi
I am going to do what you suggested and change it to WPA2-PSK, AES.
Do I need to also do this for both speed settings?
