@WESPL To provide another data point, I have two of these TP-Link switches, and they both suffered this problem immediately after upgrading from v1.0.2 to v1.0.6. I downgraded both of the switches back down to v1.0.2, but only one of them has functional ethernet ports.

I have the same problem here, the switch has become partially unusable after a reboot and fully unusable after a downgrade to the previous firmware. I even reset the switch but that doesn't help either. It just means I now have control back over my previously oc200 managed switch. I just see messages passing by via the serial console that the interfaces do either a PHY RESET or a PHY FW RELOAD. I can't find any means to get even one port up and running.

@MrBoogiee

The only way to get to it is SFP, through the ETH ports you will not get in. Reset also possible through the terminal - only after the reset (the controller will forget) you will be able to load another firmware via the Web GUI to revive the non-working ETH ports. I completely do not understand what is wrong with this device, and what this last update has to do with it. I even checked the ETH ports by measuring whether there are any short circuits on the pins in those that do not work, but both the resistance and inductance on individual pairs are the same everywhere. This is a thicker hardware and software problem, from the support so far I do not have any answer.
In my switch, the fan fault indication lights up additionally. The voltages of the power supply are correct. I checked the fans, they are functional, at the output of the pulses of rotation the waveforms are correct - this is clearly some error in the software. I see that there are more of us with this problem :)

@WESPL I tried that, it is fully reset and the copper ports don't come up at all... and I don't have an SFP as alternative... :(

Static IPs for WAN, yes. ER7206 or ER605 are multi-WAN routers.

Sounds like you need policy routing for the setup? Check out the link and let me know if this is what you want.

  @vGeek79

Has anyone found a resolution to this problem?  I have downgraded to 1.0.2 and it seems that some ports work ok, but it seems to change which ports work on when I reboot.

@Best Air Fryer Toaster Oven connect to TP-Link

Any update today? I'm having the same problem after upgrading to 1.0.6 and then downgrading back to 1.0.2, except none of my ethernet ports work.
