Hi, I use the EAP620HD v2.0 (EU) (firmware: 1.0.1 Build 20210422 Rel. 39658) and I have the same problem when I want to create a wireless network with a hidden SSID. Unchecking the 'SSID Broadcast' option doesn't work. My EAPs are connected and being controlled by the OC200 controller (firmware: 1.14.2 Build 20211215 Rel.61111).

@Fae @Hank21
I'm having this issue with EAP620 HD(US)_V1_1.1.0 Build 20211028 (both in Standalone Mode and with various versions of Omada Controller).

This post: https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/517332 only contains the beta firmware for EAP 620 v2.

Could you please also update EAP620 v1 and fix this?

I found out that disabling SSID Broadcast does indeed work with clients that haven't yet entered the local network.

But if you have multiple "hidden SSIDs", as soon as your enter the credentials for one SSID, all the orther "hidden SSIDs" automatically became visible to the client.

I don't know if this is the intended behavior, but if that's the case, I would like to have an option to hide all SSIDs regardless of the client already being connected to the access point.

  @Fae Same issue.

Had EAP660 HD(EU) v1.0 with firmware 1.1.0.

One network 5ghz and 2,4GHZ with SSID Broadcast.

Another network on same AP with hidden SSID for IoT devices. SSID Broadcast disabled, but network is visible anyway.

The Beta firmware provided in the above solution post has fixed the issue, please confirm it.

The SSID Broadcast issue will be fixed in the subsequent firmware, please pay attention to the Download Center for an update.
