Hello,

 

After recently updating my OC200 to Controller Version: 5.0.29 / Firmware Version: 1.14.2 Build 20211215 Rel.61111, I am seeing the following three issues:

 

Issue #1

My TL-R605 Router/Gateway now randomly goes offline and comes back online approximately 20-30 seconds later.  This can be more than once daily or every other day, etc.  This was not happening at all previously.

 

Issue #2

It appears that the Automatic Speed Test Interval is no longer functioning with this Firmware - at least it no longer populates the dashboard.  I've had set it at 12 hours for months and it previously ran fine.  I can still manually execute the speed test which populates the dashboard but the automatic testing isn't working.

 

Issue #3

I am getting a lot more Large Ping attacks than I was previously.  I believe they are coming from inside the LAN (i.e., they are not really attacks).  Previously, I was getting these only sporadically - maybe every few days.  Today, for instance, I've been notified of (3) attacks.  On the 28th and 29th of December, I received (6) and (7) respectively.

 

Is anyone else seeing these issues?

Yes. and what i fugure aut is that Switch ACL make a lot off truble in 5.0.29, after removing almost all ACL on switch thing work bether.

 

I also se hardwired device that is online 24/7 connecting  to switch, and very often on wrong switch and port, this happend less after removong Switch ACL

so its somthing strange with switces to. Hardwired device should not roam from switch to switch :-)

 

I have reconect of gateway, switches and access point many many time in short time, I have a case with tp-link on this but they have no answer yet.

Thanks!  I'll take a look at my ACL entries.  I think I only have four of them, but will look anyway.

Do you mean that the Router turns into "Disconnected" state and come back as "Connected" every 20-30 seconds on the Devices page?

As @shberge suggested, does it fix the issue after you remove the ACL entries?

Of the (3) issues I listed in my post, Issue #1 (shown in the quote above) regarding the router/gateway is no longer happening.  That issue seemed to disappear 2-3 days after I completed the OC200 firmware update to 5.0.29.  I did not change any of my switch ACL entries.  The other two issues in my original post are continuing as posted:
