Is there a possibility in Omada to limit Internet use to a certain total time?
The child should be allowed to use the internet for 3 hours a day.
The 3 hours should be freely usable throughout the day.
Is that possible in Omada?

According to my understanding, Omada does not seem to support parental control, but I think you can consider implementing your needs in this way :
Create a SSID on Omada, let an EAP only broadcast this specific SSID, connect your child to this specific SSID and then turn on the WLAN Schedule function, set the time to turn on or off every day, this should be able to meet your needs as much as possible.
