This device is supported 802.11k/V, how did you determine that it does not support 802.11k/v?
Is this EAP specifically the US version, or the EU version?
Best Regards!

I didn't say it didn't support it. I said they are not broadcasting it.
I am able to use a combination of tools on Android and Windows to look at the capabilities of the SSID being broadcast.
Net Analyzer on Android shows no Fast Transition available on the SSID and WifiInfoView on Windows shows no 802.11r.
Notebook these tools right this minute are showing a unified system with those showing as they should. So the tools can correctly detect it. They're just reporting that the EAP660's are not broadcasting it.
When I get home in a little bit I'm going to run another test with some other tools to get further details that I can post here.

On his first picture you can see from Ubiquity AC Pro that fast transition is enabled and being broadcast.
From the second picture you can see that fast transition is not being broadcast on the eap660.
Edit: and just for confirmation here's a screenshot of the fast roaming and everything turned on.

Maybe related to this thread:

@Hank21 Is the missing Country data in the beacon frame causing 802.11k to now show up correctly?

Might be, but that thread was mainly talking about K and V, seems in my case I can't tell if K and V are wokring, but I can confirm R is not.
EDIT: Actually I just noticed, Netmonster reports "Connected Devices" and "Channel Untilization" for the Unifi AP with Wokring 802.11r, have feeling that may mean K and V and not wokring correctly either, but not 100%

So is anyone going to address the lack of 802.11r at least,
802.11r is correctly identified by Netmonster and WifiInfoView, yet it clearly shows the EAP660s are NOT announcing the capability
