Hi All,

 

Just purchased an eap235 wall from a US website for use in the EU. Am wondering if it would be at all possible to change this US version EAP to the EU version since channel frequencies dont match the other EAPs i currently have. Any advice?

 

Currently running:

Omada harware controller

TP Gateway ER605

2 x EAP235 Wall EU

1 x EAP 225 Wall EU

2 x EAP245 EU and

1 x EAP235 Wall US

  @Xmuni I don't think you can change the firmware region. But US version should also be able to use 5Ghz band 1 channels, 36-48.

For indoor usage Band 1 channels are good enough
