OC200 Cloud not working behind Sonicwall
We just setup a OC200 + 5 Ap's behind our Sonicwall TZ. The internet works without issue, but we are unable to bind it with the cloud. The error we are getting is that there is no netwok connection.

Before bind the controller to cloud, make sure your controller has access to the Internet.
It is possible that there are fluctuations in the network and that the network connection is unstable.
Suggest waiting a while before testing again.

Internet is working on the controller and through the AP's. Only the Cloud portion is not working.

What is the status of the Cloud light on the OC200?
Is the email you use to bind to the cloud account a tplink ID?
It would be helpful if you could provide a screenshot of the error message.
Also, how is the OC200 powered up?
Try changing the cable in the middle of the OC200 to the front end to a shorter cable.

Never heard a problem with the server. unless it's down. Omada cloud server and the controller, they are regular network traffic. there is no such a NAT issue, double-nat and port blocked.
