AP/PORT Not displayed properly

Model: OC200

Hardware Version: V5

Firmware Version: 2.3.7

In my application the AP/PORT information is not displayed properly in the clients view

after controller FW update - with previous FW it was shown properly.

It only affects one device. For this device the name listed in its config is not displayed,

instead the MAC address is shown.

What did I do so far:

- Reset and backup -> no fix

What else do I need to check/ change so that name is shown?

I think you just need to wait for things to settle down after the upgrade. I have seen this happen, after even a power cycle or forcing the client to reconnect IIRC.

How long will it take propably?

Update is now two days on the controller.

Just wonder, since in the devices list the name is shown properly.

If it's been a couple of days, then something else is at play. I am a little over 1 day into my OC200 upgrade to 5.3.2 and all the Device names are appearing correctly in the Clients report (ie no MAC only entries). Which hardware (model/version/fw) device isn't picking up its name?

Just was waiting some more days but nothing changed, still only MAC is shown of the affected device.

I as well tried changing the name.

With changed name same issue, name is displayed correct in the Settings and Devices view but

as soon as I go to Clients view, only the MAC is shown.

It's a EAP245 v3.0 / FW 5.0.6
