Hello,

I am new to the Omada suite and would ask if someone coul steer me on the right path please.

I've installed a ER605 VPN router and have it woirking ok, however I have applied some port forwards under the virtual server and this is where I have run into trouble. I want to access devices on my network via the WAN address using the port forwards "888.888.88.88:6060 as an example (88 example only)". However, it simpley does not work. I cannot even ping the WAN IP. I have even tried setting up a DynDns which sees the IP address ok, but that also cannot be pinged.

I hve tried many settings, but am obviously doing something wrong and any advice would be appreciated.

  @Panda7

If you can not ping through the WAN IP of the router, you need to check whether the WAN IP is a public IP, and whether there is another NAT device in the front of the router.

As for the settings, you can check this:

  @Virgo

Thanks for the advice. I had also ordered a new HFC connection which had CG Nat enabled. I have now had this changed to a static IP.
