Dear  @TomasAAA

From EAP110 v4 firmware 5.0.1 Build 20210316 we've added support for it.

Firmware release note:

New Feature/Enhancement:
1. Add Daylight Saving Time.
2. Add Dynamic VLAN function.
3. Set the default SSID encryption mode as AES

  @Hank21

I tried to configure dynamic vlans on the EAP110 together with the Omada Controller, but the user cannot receive dhcp from the network to which he belongs. Where am I wrong?

Omada Settings:

Please ignore the VLAN 1 in this image, this option is disable.

Example of one VLAN:

Dear  @TomasAAA

Please try disable the default VLAN1 on SSID settings.

@Hank21 Hi, at the time I made the print, I forgot to take it out but that option is disabled.

The Omada Controller need to receive the vlans?

Dear  @TomasAAA

WPA enterprise should not have anything to do with VLAN to the Controller.

My suggestion is to:

1. Try add a test SSID with VLAN ID but without security, and check if you can obtain correct subnet from this SSID.

This test will check if the swicth have correct VLAN settings and all VLAN can passthrough to the SSID

2. If you don't use Dynamic VLAN, just use WPA enterprise to secure the SSID, will it work.

Hello, yesterday when I made a diagnosis of the network I found out what the problem was and after the resolution I was able to finally get the dynamic vlans working. Basically everything I'm testing is emulated in wmware, only the AP is physical. Turns out VMware doesn't export VLANs, for a real NIC. To solve this I used hyper-v just to create an interface on my pc for each vlan and then hyper-v put these interfaces on the real NIC with the respective tags, and so it is enough in VMware to simply bridge each vlan. The big problem was when I switched the AP from standalone mode to controlled by OMADA, my hyper-v interfaces stopped working. Yesterday I uninstalled and installed the interfaces again and everything was ok.
