From the radiation pattern, where is the 0-degrees? The datasheet has no indication unlike EAP620 HD.

The radiation patterns are usually identical between the series of EAPs, namely the  6xx range, the 2xx range and the 1xx range.   Eg.  The  660 and the 620 will be the same, the 245 and 225 the same.

 

0-degrees is usually the opposite side from the LAN port

  @Philbert Can you help me double check? Based on the datasheet, 0 degrees (red dot) is the back/lan port for mapped 3D?

I believe yes the red dot means the Ethernet port direction for mapped 3D picture.
