High Drope Rate in AP EAP615 vs EAP610

Hi,
I am having a high drop rate in my 2 EAP615 reaching a level of 80%, while my EAP610 is just 0%.
Currently I am having constant disconnection of VPN as well service like MS Teams when I am on a call from my EAP615.
Any advice?

Change the channel you are using? Try disabling either the 2.4 or 5.8Ghz radio and see if the performance is identical across the bands, or varies markedly with what frequency is in use.

@Family_AM thanks I have tried to change channels as well disabled 2.4 ghz and same issue, I have 2 EAP615 and is same issue, the EAP610 is all fine.

Are the 615's meshed? If so and they both home back to same wired mode, then significantly more drops are normal... especially if the 615's would have difficulty 'hearing' each other talking to the wired node.

Temporarily disconnect one 615 and the 610...does the remaining 615 still have same problem?
How are you powering them
..via POE or injectors?
