We have created our own External Portal (https://www.tp-link.com/ru/support/faq/3231). 

Then we added a new External Portal. Omada and Server (Created on PHP) are on the same network. We tested it through a PC browser and the speed is also very fast (http://SERVER_IP/....). We used all of them in test mode.

But we entered the SERVER_IP in the external portal configuration, after then connecting to WiFi from the phone, it will automatically redirect to http:://SERVER_IP normal.

The problem we have is that the external portal server (our script) is opening the address shown on the server very slowly (about 25-30s). All resources (cdn, css, js) are in local storage. We have also included server information in Pre-Authentication Access configuration. But the speed is very slow. Are there any other settings to do?

Why is the speed so low when connecting to wifi? Can anyone help? Couldn't find info on Google.

Thanks everyone. We solved this problem.

In our css some fonts call to fots.googlepi.com.

And inside google fonts call some js files like apis.google.com.

We've access all subdomains of google resourses and everything works fine...

I'm not professional for this configurations. Some simple suggestions:

Are you able to Ping the portal web server from the wireless client? 

And try F12 when the client is opening the portal web, to check which resource is loading for such a long time.

 

Also could that be the Advertisement option cause this issue? Make sure it's disable Advertisement Pictures.

Thanks for your response. But i tested it with blank page (only h1 tag inside html page without any additional scripts or lib..) it also opens very slow (15,20s). Also tested external  site (outside server from omada network), no solution yet.

I did all the sequences as shown in the manual. I also gave permissions to the server on the external portal. I tried to reset. But there is no change.

Also tested on OC200. It gives the same result. I have OC200 and OC300 now.

  @_Uktam_ you could try disabling redirecting from HTTP to HTTPS and see if anything changed, maybe some script parts are using http and being redirected which could technically cause issues.
