Hello guys!

 

For some reason I lost the Cloud Access feature from my SDN Controller: the status is shown as "disconnected" and the only option I have is to unbind the current owner and try to rebind it. 

 

BUT... when I try to "unbind tp-link id", it throws me an "FAILURE" error. 

 

This is what I can see in the logs from my controller (URLs and SNs removed from the log body because of the posting policies here :-P): 

 



Initially I though it was caused by my Pi-Hole acting as my DNS, but removing it and pointing my controller to use any other DNS server (like Cloud Flare or Google) results in the same error.

 

 

Is there anyway to force the ownership removal and rebind it again? Already removed the controller entry from my Omada Cloud account/panel, just FYI.
