Model: SG2210MP
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.4 Build 20220707 Rel.55528

Hey all!

This morning I checked my Omada controller interface and saw a potential upgrade for my TL-SG2210MP switch. I initiated this upgrade using the 'Rolling upgrade feature' but after it completed it's showing my switch as 'DISCONNECTED':

If I check the firmware version it's showing as: 1.0.4 Build 20220707 Rel.55528 but I am not sure if that's the one I've upgrade to or it's the previous one:

NOTE: my internet is still working.

The switch doesn't have a console port so I am not sure how I can safely reboot the device now. How can I resolve this issue? All help is appreciated!

Update: after reading https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/580148 it seems like my issue is kind of similar. I unplugged to power to the switch for 10 seconds and plugged in back in, resulting in this:

I seems like the update failed as it's asking me again to update again:

1.0.4 Build 20220707 Rel.55528 --> 1.0.5 Build 20220909 Rel.75392

Before upgrading I did disable SSH login as mentioned in the issue linked above:

So, I've no idea why it failed before and did not update but now I am on version 1.0.5 Build 20220909 Rel.75392
