All other PCs running nvidia work OK.

 

What is your model? Can you confirm that your software is updated to the beta?

What is the model of your camera? Firmware version?

Hi Clive, Confirming I updated the client to 1.6.39 I only just started my TP-Link system I have 3 x VIGI C240 Hardwware version 1.0 running firmware 1.0.2 Build 230606 Rel.64192n These firmwares were updated at time of installation when new through the auto update option, all 3 reporting this is the latest version.

Having the same issue as well. 

 

Using 1.6.71 version of Security Manager x64 and Thinkpad T16 AMD G2. 

 

Did not have this issue when used on other PC running Nvidia or Intel integrated graphics.
