Hi, I've configured the new function in the post object.

Each time I do a manual or scheduled scanning the scan result is "failed".

I activate this new function on more than one controller but same result.

Can someone help me?

  @1Webs I can't help,but I thoought I would try implementing this as well on my system (OC200; SG2210, EAP660HD and EAP 620HD - All updated to the latest firmware supporting WLAN Optimization). Same result as you: 5 FAILED results. 

Hopefully somebody can help

I just released the the firmware for the 620HD doesn't support Controller version 5 yet. It hasn't been updated since 12/21, way overdue.

Are you both using Omada V5.7? How many APs are managed by the Controller? And what's the firmware version of those APs?

As I mentioned in a followup note, that my EAP 620HD is a version 1 model running its latest firmware version: 1.1.0. Not compatible with AI WLAN Optimization. Everything else is supported. So , unless there is an update coming for that EAP, it's either replace it or not use that very useful feature. Any idea on if it will be updated?

I tried running it again but this time I listed the EAP620 HD on the Excluded list. Just to see what would happen. But it Failed again. Here is the small setup that I use: OC200: 1.21.7 Build 20221206 Rel.58608 1 EAP660HD: 1.1.1 Build 20220118 Rel. 60852 1 EAP620HD: 1.1.0 Build 20211028 Rel. 68287 1 SG2210MP: 1.0.7 Build 20221130 Rel.42340 My router is a Firewalla Gold+ Thanks again

The EAP620HD v1 1.1.0 Build 20211028 firmware has supported AI WLAN Optimization, which was called Auto Channel Deployment function in the release note of the previous 1.0.6 firmware. I've reported your case to our support engineers for further investigation, will provide you an update once there is any progress.

I have the same problem but with Omada hardware model: OC200 1.0, Controller Version: 5.7.6, Firmware Version: 1.21.7 Build 20221206 Rel.58608

 

I have 5 EAP620 HD v1 with Canadian firmware (EAP620HD(CA)_V1_1.1.0). There have been no firmware updates for over a year and a half. I've attached screenshot of devices and firmware versions used.

 

Also, I cannot get the Speed Test to run either
