Hi @dictoresno,

 

Please confirm the firmware version of your controller is the latest one, check here.

Please check your wireless settings and enable 802.11r like here mentioned.

@Hank21 Will EAP225/EAP245 receive firmware updates with lock to ap feature?

Sorry that we have no idea when the EAP225/EAP245 firmware with lock to ap feature will be available, but will update this post once it's available.
