Radius Authentication for VPN users?

Hello. I've done some googling but haven't found much info on this. I was wondering if I setup the radius feature on my OC200 - with the tp link er7206, does this use the radius credentials for VPN users?
What I am really wanting to accomplish is MFA for VPN users. We are already using DUO MFA when they RDP to a workstation, but my thought was I could setup a radius server and link that to DUO, and then when they VPN in, it would require MFA for VPN as well, but of course only if the OC200 supports that...
Hopefully someone knows.
