HI comunity,

I'm wondering what is going wrong.  I bought an EAP650 on Amazon in January 2023, I've deployed the AP into an unmanaged model and since one week, the signal power is really, but really poor.  Like if I'm more than 24 inches far the AP, I get no signal.  

I've reset the AP factory, and reconfigured everything, no more progression.

Amazon has referred me to TP-Link support. 

What else I can try?
