Hi. I have a portal setup with simple password (see image below). I have almost all my guests as STATUS PENDING but they are using internet normally: check download speed of the first line in second image.
2 questions:
- Why are they PENDING?
- Why after autentication timeout (3 days) they still login without use the password?

HTTP Redirect to HTTPS: When enabled, requests to HTTP will be automatically redirected to HTTPS.
So it is up to you, you may keep HTTPS Redirection Disable.

This issue may have been fixed in Controller v5.9.32, could you please upgrade OC200 to the latest firmware version v5.9.32?
Please refer to this link.
But please note you need to upgrade it locally, so you can try to create a VPN tunnel for upgrading if you can not get to the site.

We have tested this issue in the local lab but didn't reproduce a similar issue.
It is suggested that you can use the actual status of the client devices as a guide, the client information like the traffic in the controller may be a little delayed.
Although the client is disconnected normally, there may be a delay in displaying traffic information on the controller.
