Hi,

 

I just install ER8411 and SNMP Walk unable to scan network interface statistics. May I know, does this function still pending new firmware upgrade or device limited SNMP functionality?

 

I have 3 ER605 v2.0, SNMP Walk able to scan network interface statistics without any issue including CPU and memory utilization.

1. Could you please share a screenshot of your SNMP settings?

May I know the software you used to SNMP Walk?

 

2. If you can not scan the network interface statistics, could you share a screenshot of the error message?

Did you do the SNMP Walk from external access or internal access?

 

3. Please try using the OID node ".1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2" to test.

Hi  @Hank21 ,

 

Issue resolved after I put get trusted host to 0.0.0.0. But weird, because other TP-Link device such as 3 unit ER605 was in the same segment and set get trusted host was set to SNMP server IP. When ER8411 get trusted host set to 10.255.0.2, the SNMP server (10.255.0.2) unable to read SNMP uptime, interface statistic, cpu, memory.

 

1. I attached file for your references regarding SNMP configuration.
