I believe the standard response to this is to assign them to a non-sense VLAN (a VLAN that goes nowhere). There is no option to de-power them, so your only other option is maybe a tube of white silicone...

Don't use 4094!! That's typically mapped to WAN1 (if you have an Omada router in your solution). 4000 would be a safer choice.
