Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.3 Build 20230313 Rel.00673

ER8411 shows in the device tab & map but not the main dashboard. No gateway utilization, No internet capacity. As I read in other threads there is NO "periodic speed test option" under site

If memory serves me right they removed the auto speed test a while back, basically because it was mis-reading the WAN speeds constantly.    Now you need to set the WAN speed yourself using EDIT button beside   NO INTERNET CAPACITY

 

Once you have the speeds set manually (900 / 500   or  80 / 10 ) etc etc..  then it should show you gateway utilisation as it knows how much capacity you have

 

At the moment it wont show as it doesnt know your line speed to give you a percentage..

YOU MUST HIT THE BOX WITH THE PENCIL BESIDE NO INTERNET CAPACITY !!!!! THEN ENTER YOUR INTERNET INFO FOR IT TO WORK!!!!
