I have one OC200 and ER605 extra for another site.

Can OC200 be accessed if it is behind CGNAT (via cloud access)?

You can managed the OC200 and it's local router from the TPlink cloud site. However, you cannot manage a remote ER605 from the OC200 that's behind the CGNAT.
