Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.1.2

My networking equipment

I have my Omada 10 port TL-SG221OP switch plugged into LAN 5 on the Omada ER605 Router.

I have the Omada OC200 hardware controller plugged into port 7 of my switch.

I have my Omada EAP AX3000 plugged into port 8 of my switch

I have my PC running in a vlan on port 2 of the switch. My IP is 192.168.20.125

I plugged my server into LAN4 on the router. Then installed proxmox on it. IP:port to access web console is 192.168.0.107:8006

When I try to access my proxmox web console from my computer it doesn't work. Chrome give me the error..

This page isn’t working

192.168.0.107 didn’t send any data.

ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

So I can't access the proxmox web console.

Anyone know how can I allow access to my proxmox server (router LAN4) from any computer connected to my switch(Router LAN5) or my EAP?

Thanks!

  @Carsonix

It looks like a VLAN config issue, or Access Control config issue.

Are you able to ping 192.168.0.1 from your testing PC(192.168.20.125)? If there is no ACL, no error on VLAN config, you should be able to ping the omada gateway in different VLANs.

Also you may need to check the Gateway settings of your PC and the server(if they are using static IP), make sure they are using the router as the gateway number.

Yes, I can ping 192.168.0.1

I can ping between VLANs

I can't access my Proxmox server

It has something to do with the router.

My switch and eap plugged into it. My entire network is on LAN5 of the router, and everything on that works perfectly.

But I plugged my Proxmox server into LAN4 of the router and did a fresh install of Proxmox but cant access it.

If I plug my server into my switch, so it's on LAN5 of the router and do a fresh install I can access it.

Something is preventing communication from everything connected to LAN5 on the router to anything on LAN4 on the router, and vice versa.

did you configure gateway IP on your Proxmox server? what is it? is it the IP of LAN4's IP of your router?

  @mfang

I didnt configure anything on my Proxmox server yet. It's a default install. But it gets an IP from LAN4 on the router 192.168.0.107.

My Proxmox server on LAN4 can access the interest.

My PC and everything plugged into the switch on LAN5 can access the internet and eachother.

It's communication between anything on LAN5 to anything on LAN4 and vice versa on the router

For example proxmox on LAN4 of router can't ping anything on LAN5 and everything plugged into my switch on LAN5 can't ping Proxmox on LAN4. "Destination unreachable".

But all the stuff plugged into the switch on LAN5 can ping eachother.

So I think I should be able to log into my controller and setup the router to allow traffic from LAN4 to LAN5 and vice versa.
