ER605, WAN to LAN communication, Wireguard

In my setup of Wireguard, I am able to connect but unable to see LAN side of router.
The WAN side has a public static IP address (Passthrough from fiber modem/router)
The LAN side is set to 192.168.5.201
When I connect to the WAN side via Wireguard VPN, I am able to use internet, ping WAN ip, WAN gateway, DNS servers, everything going out from that network.
However I am unable to connect to anything connected or plugged into the LAN ports including 192.168.5.201.
How do I get the WAN side to see the LAN side?
I do not know anything about vlans, routing etc.
