While on the official site I got a popup/notification,  took the time to fill out  the 2022 Customer Feedback Online Survey (tp-link.com) (2022!), but that fails.

"Submission Failed".

 

 

Your hardware is mostly great, and well priced. I'm really seeing a pattern that your software frequently has a lot of "rough edges".

This survey appears to have been closed, may I know where you saw it?

Maybe the link wasn't removed from that website.
