Firmware Version: 5.1.0

Some devices get a 192.168.16.- but i gives others 192.168.88.- it should be giving the 192.168.88- . Whats happening?

This is not the EAP causing this, the EAP doesnt have a DHCP server and wont issue any addresses.  It just forwards what it is told to forward.

 

Sounds like you have 2x DHCP servers on your network.. perhaps a ISP router and a 3rd party Gateway?    If you describe your network in detail we might be able to help
