Hi, do you mean WiFi is always connecting and cannot be connected after resetting the extender?
And are you trying to connect the default TP-Link WiFi of the extender?
The default WiFi of the extender is open and no password required, please try different client devices to connect it, or try different wall sockets and reset it again by holding the reset button/hole until all LEDs turning on momentarily.
